IS THERE A GOD?

th_047
Who do you run to when all hell is breaking loose? Who do you call on when the going gets tough? And who do you turn to when all your friends are nowhere to be found? In life we will always come to a place where we can’t do without the help of another man. But we also get to a place where all the help of man put together will not take us anywhere close to solving our problems. It is at this moment that we need a God, to make a way in our wilderness and river in our desert. So every man; rich or poor, great or small, civilized or un civilized has a God he runs to, for protection, provision and every other thing, man cannot guaranteed. Therefore, it is no more an opinion or a theory neither does it call for any argument nor debate if there is really a God, if He truly exists as perceived and who He is? Everything in this life points to the fact that there is a God. And He “God” is very present in the affairs of life. He designed life itself beyond the scope of any human understanding. Scientist and researchers still do not have answers to a whole lot of things because God has not given them the understanding so they can’t explain them.

The world did not just happen nor did life just come up. God made everything happened. And humanity has tried to prove that He does not exist. They experiment, research and investigate under normal situations yet nothing has ever been normal. They say, man is a product of evolution and I wonder if that process of evolution had actually stopped because by now we should have evolve into dragons or monsters. And with exploit in medicine, engineering and science, they can only give oxygen but not life, they can stop decaying but cannot stop death because it can never be explained how one out of 18 passengers will survive a ghastly accident or how a woman without a womb would conceive a child.

Living this life has to do with the control and right you have over your life. That bit of control does not make you God, because He is still in-charge and has the final say. There are many gods that is worship on earth, but there is only one true God. I make no mistakes to say gods because there are powers and spirits that exist and have deceived many to worship them. But that they are many other gods only means there is a true God, because when you see fake everywhere, it mean they original is somewhere. And every one of them commands a certain level of power but they take orders from one, and that is the Almighty and all powerful. Yes, there are many other gods that operate an earth yet there is one true God who controls the affairs of men, life revolves around him, powers, science, spirit, medicine, technology, engineering bows to him alone, His foolishness is wiser than the wisdom of men, He is older than the days, He is Omni- presence and Omni- potent. He is God and God alone so the question we should be asking is not if there is a GOD? But, who really is the true God? How does man gets to know and relate with in? Because it’s only a fool that says “there is no God”

  1. I definitely think God is there to listen, to lean on , to comfort us, and to seek when we need assistance. There are many versions of God, there are many people who choose different ways to worship their Supreme Being. I know there is a lot of respect out there for God, and I have hope that He knows us and our Hearts, too. His Grace is given to us through HIs love.

  2. The fact that I no longer consider myself belonging to any religion, I only believe in a universal God, a presence there over us, here with us.
